Was treated by Diane for the removal of a facial wart, and was so pleased that she took time to explain the procedure before undertaking the careful treatment on me. Nurse Diane took a careful history, explained the minor procedure which I was to undergo and the likely aftermath. All in a civilised manner which instilled hope in the outcome. A very fair price was charged. I had small raised dark lesions on my face (cheeks, forehead, eyelids) and also on my neck for more than 10 years. Slowly they were increasing, and it started to affect my confidence. I was not sure if there is safe treatment or not.Then I went to see Dr Zeina at Alternatives Clinic. He told me the condition is Dermatosis papulosa nigra and explained everything in a simple and clear way.I was quite nervous to do anything on my face, but he was very patient and made me feel comfortable. He started with a small area first. The treatment was quick and not very painful, only a little uncomfortable.After a few days, the treated spots healed and the lesions started to fall off. At first the skin looked a bit darker, but now it is getting better, just like he explained.Honestly, I am very happy with the result. The lesions are gone and my skin looks more healthy and even a bit glowing. I feel much more confident now.Also, he did not only treat the problem, but gave me advice in a more holistic way. He recommended some supplements (I bought them myself, not from the clinic), and they are not expensive.
